This hotel has its charm and offers a convenient location, just a stone's throw from the seafront and local attractions. The rooms, though spacious, could use some upgrades and better maintenance. The service was a mixed bag; some staff were friendly, but check-in delays and a lack of attentiveness were disappointing. Overall, it's decent for those on a budget, but don't expect luxury.

I had a truly delightful experience at the Park View Hotel, where Jane, the host, made me feel right at home. The service was exceptional, and the room was spacious and comfortable, only a short walk from the seafront. It's an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area, especially for events like parties or concerts nearby. I would love to come back, although I wished I had more time to enjoy the breakfast, which smelled fantastic!

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and while Jane's service was memorable, it came with a bit of attitude. The location is a highlight, as it's very convenient for local events. Unfortunately, the dining situation I encountered in the morning left a lot to be desired, as I couldn't enjoy breakfast due to my schedule. It was decent for a short stay, but a few tweaks could improve the overall experience.

I had a wonderful time at the Park View Hotel, which is a charming place with character. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms made my stay enjoyable, and Jane's exceptional service truly made me feel at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the seafront. However, I did miss out on breakfast since I left early, and the lift could use an upgrade as it was a bit slow. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this cozy spot for a visit to East Sussex.
